TPG Projects recently completed "Project Juice Box" for a leading beverage manufacturer. The project focused on upgrading outdated production lines for 125ml and 250ml juice box formats, which were facing significant risks of extended out-of-stock periods and potential safety issues due to obsolete equipment.
Project Scope
The project involved replacing aging Tetra Pak lines with a new, efficient SIG Combibloc line and pasteurizer, ensuring a reliable and sustainable supply chain. This shift enabled more efficient production, reducing maintenance downtime and waste, while enhancing safety standards.
