Outcome:
TPG successfully delivered Project Juice Box, upgrading outdated 125ml and 250ml juice box production lines for a leading beverage manufacturer. The aging Tetra Pak lines were replaced with a modern SIG Combibloc filling line and pasteurizer to address supply risks and equipment obsolescence.
